clean rooms necessary accommodation clear water
i found the rooms very clean i must say. they provided all the accommodations i needed. the beach sparkled and i saw the water so clear.
the main buffet got very hot inside it seemed. it was like it needs extra ac units.

missing air conditioning rude staff
The beach provided easy access, always offering available loungers.
The buffet lacked air conditioning and became uncomfortably hot. The staff exhibited inconsistency. Some were very helpful, while others seemed uninterested. The staff making pizzas and burgers at the kids' slide area looked overworked, also they acted rudely toward guests.

unclean pools terrible air conditioning
the resort grounds was well-kept.
I faced issues with cleanliness. The pools seemed unclean. i got sick with a stomach bug after using the pools and eating at the restaurants. the food wasn't tasty at all, and the air conditioning in the restaurants was terrible!!!

amazing family vacation
sandy beach friendly staff amazing resort
this resort is fantastic for families. the sandy beach is excellent, awesome for easy snorkeling close to the shore. the staff were friendly. i found the resort to be amazing.
the service for drinks around the pool was definitely lacking. i was asked for drinks only once. most of the time i had to go to the bar myself. it reminded me of a bit of a trek to get what i needed sometimes.
